As a board-certified pediatrician, Dr. Sledge has a genuine passion for caring for children and witnessing their growth. She understands that being a pediatrician means more than just treating medical conditions; it means building strong relationships with families and walking alongside them on their journey. Dr. Sledge believes in the importance of active listening, treating each child with empathy and respect, and addressing the unique needs of every patient and family.

Dr. Sledge’s dedication to her patients goes beyond the exam room. She has served as an Assistant Professor with the Department of Pediatrics at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, where she not only provided excellent care to West Texas children but also educated future healthcare professionals. Driven by a deep sense of purpose, she has returned to Bryan-College Station to be closer to her own family and serve the people she holds dear.
